Wow driving home to Utah from Texas was the LAST thing I expected when I went to Texas, but I wouldn't change it for the world. It was a really good experience, a lot of fun, and I am glad I could help out. I was lucky enough to sit inbetween Rissa and Shem's carseats for most the ride. Lets just say that my camera kept us very entertained for the drive.
This kid can pull the best faces I have EVER seen!!
Owen!
Hudson!
The Twinies! Wow these kids are SO good in the car!
Riss and all her toys and blankets. It reminds me of the times when I would always take my Baby Born on every trip with all her stuff.
My glasses were a great toy too, we played a game where you had to guess if the person's eyes were closed or open...it was fun! They also loved rock paper scissors, thumb wars, and tickling fights!!
My little plumby bumb!
We gangsta.
hahah Shem's face was stained from something we ate, but I can't remember what it was...
The little baby angel Sophia. She was SOOOO good the whole trip!! What a little trooper!
Me and My best friends...
I wouldn't of rather been doing anything else ;)
It was quite the adventure to travel across country for two days with five little kids 6 and under. There was craziness, crankyness, happiness, temper tantrums, crying, laughing, singing, dancing (to the extent of being seat belted in), sleepiness, and sickness, but we survived and it was great! Now i can say i have been to Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska! :) It was sooooo funny to see how people reacted to us in Gas Stations and restaurants, especailly when I would walk in to a Gas Station to fill up four sippy cups, and two water cups for spen, diana, and me. It was probably the best road trip I have been on, NO JOKE!! :) I was always occupied so i didn't have to be thinking about when we would get there or how much longer.

While the Marsdinis adventured to the Galli's...
So while the Texans headed off to the Galli's for one day, we had a little adventure of our own :)
Cute little Brittana loved having more attention, she is such a cutie! I missed her so much when I was gone in Texas. She gives the biggest bestest smiles!Little Charley and Emmy are the best of buds!
Hahah We thought it was funny to put flippers on the barbie bride.
HAHA Oh Emmy! She held this naked barbie up saying "NAKIE!!" and gave this huge smile. It was pretty hilarious!!
We decided to whip out the sprinklers under the tramp. The girls loved it! Ps...notice Charley's huge bum wedgies..they were soooo funny!
They liked to run under the tramp and go touch the sprinklers.
I got on and did a little jumping myself!
B wasn't quite sure what to think of all this.
More jumping with Shae!
Silly little Em.

Swimming Party at the Windgate
We had a fun day swimming down at Shae's apartment. It was a nice hot day, perfect for swimming. Rissa and Shem were able to show off their swimming skills! :) Thanks for letting us come Shae!!
Riss is a crazy little girl, but i love it!
Shemmy taking a little rest on the beach chair.
The swimming group...Ray, Brittana and Sophia didn't get in.

The smiley face I painted on Shemmy's back with some new bath soap/ we got!!

Family Night!
We had a nice big FHE with the Texan's on Monday night. Marissa led the song "How Firm A Foundation." The kids love that song, its Shemmy's favorite, and they know ALL the words!!
You can see Rissa watching Shem as he led her! :)
A big family picture. Scot and Parker were still in Lake Powell, and who knows where Shae and Emmy are?
Eating some watermelon on a blanket! Of course Charley wanted hers cut up on a plate with a toothpick to eat it! What a funny girl!
Emmy is sooooo cute with Brittana, but B's face cracks me up in this one!! hahahaha
I don't know why, but I love this picture so much! Its pretty random but i think it looks sweet. Charley is a model! Her crazy hair totally makes it look awesome.
It can't be fun without some jumping and....
digging! :)

Granny's is better than DISNEYLAND!!
The kids loved playing popcorn or pizza or just jumping! There was always one kid on the tramp or in the sandbox at all times!
I love this picture soooooo much! Riss had some sweet moves on the tramp!
Oh little Emmer and her high knees! What a cutie! This is another one of my favorites!
Granny Jyl showing them all how it's done!
I thought this picture was super cute of all the older grandkids sitting on the tramp waiting for their turn!
Sam and Mitch were really cute with the kids especially on the tramp! Sam taught them all how to do a "pencil" turn, and Mitch just liked to rial them up and then have rest time. You can see Hudson interupting Mitch's rest time in the back! :) haha This reminds me of when Mitch would babysit me and Parker!
Parker meeting his new niece Sophia!
Mom with little baby Sophia!! Mom was so glad that we drove back to Utah. She thought the kids wouldn't get to play in the sandbox this year!
You know just the usual sledding in the summer.
How can you come to Granny's and not have a Popsicle?
Brittana wanted some popsicle too!! No, but this baby right here is the best baby ever. She is so relaxed and calm that sometimes we even forgot she was there. She is such a sweetheart!
More popsicles out on the tramp...Shem and Rissa are really good moochers..
Just trying everyone's...spreading the love aka germs :)
Going on Rissa's treasure hunt!
Swinging...on their bellies :) It was so cute how Charley asked Emmy to come swing with her.
All of the grandkids so far!!!
Charley and Hudson going for a nice sleigh ride!
Playing with "Daize." Rissa LOVES Daisy soooo much and now that they are moving back we feel neglected as she is telling us she is just so excited to see daze but she forgets US?! Shes asks if we are going on vacation soon so she can babysit daisy..what a silly girl. I am glad she loves good ole daize.
Rissa was excited when i let her take this baby doll swimming in real water!! It was pretty cute and riss got her already by herself.
Prego Shae :)
"the boys"
Diana and the two baby girl cousins: Sophia and Brittana. She wanted to hold both of them and I said "No, you can't do that." and she said "Oh please Shelby, I have had twins!!" :) She is the wonder mom, and I would know as I spent three weeks with them including a 20+hr. road trip!!
This was a little surprise I found waiting for me before bed...still not quite sure who it was from..but i have a pretty goo guess! :) I loved spending so much time with the kids but also with Spen and Diana. We became even better friends and it was so much fun!
Playing some "friendly" badmitten...haha more like "competivitive badmitten" with some little "oh im sorry" 's!
Oh the sandbox. Everybody LOVES the sandbox!!
Playing in the sandbox with Papa!
The huge castle they made!
They all loved to help pat pat pat it! And once Parker dumped it out, they, mainly Owen and Hudson would all smash and attack it.
So all the kids were really into all of Parkers Lacrosse stuff so we took many pictures trying it on and being silly. Here is Shem.
Rissa Roo
Shem, Rissa, and Scot. Oh plumby..
Sam, Rissa, and Shem! hahah These kids crack me up!
As for the twins, I am sad to say with the helmets on I can't quite tell who is who, but hopefully these few pictures include some of both of them!
Chilling in the tent! Its quite cozy!
Hahha Oh owie with his light saber!!
The twins are so sweet and sensitive. They loved little Brittana.
Awww Hudson is a sweetheart!!
The twins enjoyed jumping off the couch on to the bean bag. I love how Hudson gets hims self all pumped up moving his arms and then you see Owen in the back trying to get him to go. They are so cute.
Now little Owen's turn. I like his switch to land on his back!
