The Palmyra Temple.

Walking to the Sacred Grove.

Looking in a barn.

Spen with two of his sons on him. Parker wore sweats and it was SOOOO hot.

Relaxing on a bench. Wow it was indescribably hot.

Pretty Pictures in the Sacred Grove

The sacred grove was truly amazing. It was so pretty and a nice shade from the hot sun. This was another HOT day of my life. It was a really neat place to be on Sunday.

Marissa and Parker chillin on a bench.

The sun shining through the trees.

The apple orchard.

The Statue of Liberty

On the ferry towards the Statue of Liberty.

All of us on the ferry. Well...you can't see the twins poor guys. They were on Spen and Diana's backs.

Us and the Statue.

Us and the City. Man it was like the hottest day of my life. The kids got so sweaty. After we had to play in some fountains. Even Diana took a run through them.

Picnic at the statue

What cute boys eating lunch by the statue.

Marissa wanted to take a picture of me and parker.

Riss and I

Parker and Riss

Marissa and Plum playing with some sticks.

The statue was absolutely amazing and beautiful. I am so proud to be an American and I am so grateful for my freedom and for those that fought in wars for my freedom. This is a blessed country.

The city view was incredible from the ferry.

After the bath with Socky

Charley meets charlie

I am so glad I have the opportunity to see Charley every Monday. I love having her around. Rachael had this puppet that she gave me a long time ago. Its funny because she had named it Charlie.

Charley loved my stuffed animals and playing on my bed.

Charley loves playing babies. Shae helped her line them up in the crib!

NYC WAS A BLAST

I was so glad that Mom and i were able to go watch the kids in NYC while spen and diana had their eight glorious nights. Marissa absolutely loved taking funny pictures so there is a whole bunch throughout these posts. She would just want to take more and look at them and we would laugh. She was good at making different faces too.

Fishing

We took the fishing poles, which Marissa and Shem loved. They got good too. Marissa could eventually cast it all the way across the room.

Stinko Linko

Shem and granny were reading this magazine that was talking about ginkgo tree leaves and it said ginkgo, stinko. Shem started a little saying that was funny. He would say stinko linko. Here is a video of him saying it.

Dancing and bowing

I was laughing so hard at the kids bows. Shem's leg was killing me. I thought it was hilarious.

Marissa and Shem love music and to dance. Here is riss in her leotard. She also loves wearing her ballet shoes. She wore them all the time. She would even want to sleep in them! She isn't wearing them in this picture though.

More funny faces

A classic spen face i told her to do.

Bathtime

Here is shem under his towel!

There he is!

Here is Marissa pulling more funny faces.

I love this one.

Potato heads

Shem and granny became the potato heads instead!

Owie gave the glasses a try!

Huddy thought he looked better in these ones. Maybe he felt like the cool dude he looks like!

Playing at the playroom

The playroom at their apartment was really fun. We had a good time there. I would chase them doing the crab walk. It was a good workout. Or i would take Marissa and Shem there and we would dance and do gymnastics to the music on granny's phone.
